January's Featured Listing

With January coming to a close I wanted to look back at one of our favorite listings this month. The team really knocked it out of the park with this one with layers, texture, and color, this was a beyond cool space!

This condo sold quick and for $50K over asking! Liz Powell, the agent, was over the moon and sent us these nice words "We got a sweet early offer! The sellers are thrilled and so are we. Your staging was beautiful and received many compliments."

This condo was fun to stage and Liz and her team are always such a pleasure to work with!
